Speaker (Day One): Toby Bishop, CPA, CFE, FCA and ACFE

Mr. Bishop is the President and CEO of the 28,000
member ACFE, the largest anti-fraud organization in the world. In October 2002, he was named one of
Accounting Today's Top 100 most influential people. Mr. Bishop has appeared on CNBC and has been invited to speak for
the National White Collar Crime Center, FBI, AICPA, IIA and American Bar
Association. During his presentation
attendees will learn:

How to implement the "Fraud Prevention Checklist" within your company
Mr. Kramer is a licensed attorney and consultant and
has concentrated on the investigation and civil prosecution of serious fraud
and corruption cases throughout his professional career. He is widely recognized by his peers and
professional organizations as one of the leading experts in the field in the
world. He graduated from Princeton
University with a degree in Philosophy and then graduated from law school at
Georgetown University. He is a
contributing author and editor of the ACFE's Fraud Examiner's Manual. During his presentation attendees will
learn:

Speaker (Day Two): Craig Greene, CPA, CFE is partner in charge of
Financial Investigation Services for McGovern and Greene, LLP, a forensic
accounting and litigation services consulting firm based in Chicago. Many of his corporate internal
investigations have focused on corruption payment schemes to senior corporate
executives. A nationally recognized
public speaker, Mr. Greene has addressed numerous organizations on topics
involving fraud and its detection.
During his presentation attendees will learn:

Comments: Approximately 135 people attended the seminar. It was held at the Ameristar Hotel and Casino in Council Bluffs,
Iowa. The cost was $150 and 14 CPE
hours were offered. The Omaha-World
Herald had a reporter attend the seminar and a story followed in the weekend's
newspaper.
